Reviews
Positive Reviews
- “Purelight Power was great to work with, providing excellent service from start to finish. Their sales department was very patient and answered all of my questions. Install was quick and painless. They did a great job following up and making sure I had all the important info for the system.”
- “PureLight is a great bunch of extremely knowledgeable and helpful people, and the process of going solar was made really easy with them. They really care about their clients, and do everything they can to save us money on power.”
- “Our experience with Purelight Power has been great. From the sale, install, and turn on of the system. Our SOLAR Guy, Neal Cook, was super helpful. He really believes in the product, and it shows in how well he works to get things done.”
Negative Reviews
- “Customers Be Aware! Purelight Power began my project nearly a year ago. They have since told me just 1 more week working on about 20 times now. Nothing has changed, they got the building design wrong and took months to figure out what they did wrong, they left ugly hardware with no panel on my roof because they put one in the wrong spot and didn’t pretty it up when they were done. They have told me all these great things and not followed through AT ALL. This is almost a year and this garbage still isn’t active. I can’t get in touch with anyone now and it’s been a few weeks since they have contacted me back after it was supposed to be 1 week before activation again.”
- “Worthy of 5 stars, but knocked down a star for taking them 4 years to make amends. The first year was very promising, but after a couple years we started realizing the system was not offsetting as much power as was promised.”
