Photon Bros installation of (2) Powerwall 3’s was done in a timely and very professional manner especially considering it was a somewhat complicated retrofit into an existing solar system. Blake always took my calls or returned them in a timely manner. Alexis was very helpful in getting Xcel to do their part in installation of a new meter so that the system could be fully activated. I can highly recommend Photon Brothers.

Both the removal and reinstall went well technicians were polite and on time for the appointments. Myka, My primary contact was great, communication between the company and the representatives was outstanding I was never left in the dark or wondered when something would happen and if things changed I was notified. I will definitely use them again if needed.
Immediate loss of business. After waiting over a week just for the opportunity to discuss with a condescending representative (Greg Bardleman) about taking off our panels to replace our roof after a hail storm, we were told our system was too small for them to bother with, even though we used them for our previous roof repair in 2017. We were made to feel like we need to have bigger system to even catch their interest. We had discussed upgrading our system before the storm; it won’t be with Photon Brothers after the blatant disrespect we were given.
Photon Brothers team did a great job detaching my solar panels in preparation for roof replacement. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Neatly stacked my panels where I indicated and ensured all items were ready for reinstallation at a later time.
The whole experience so far has been really smooth and everyone has been incredibly helpful. Great at explaining the process, communication is excellent, very friendly interactions. Still need to get the panels reattached after the roof replacement but so far so good.
Photon Brothers is persistent in trying to fix the issue that we have continually had. That I appreciate. We have had them out multiple times because we continually lose connection with the inverter. Sometimes the panels stop producing. There is NO warning when this happens. If you do not continually check your app, you may be losing production. The issue is with the SolarEdge inverter and App that monitors it. SolarEdge will not speak with home owners, only installers. I am hopeful that Photon Brothers will work with SolarEdge to add a monitoring function and notification process to their App.
My experience with Photon Brothers was top notch from the first sales call to receipt of the final close out documents. The project manager, Alexis, was especially helpful, moving the project forward at every step while keeping us fully informed. The install team worked quickly and efficiently, installing a relatively large system in two days, responding to every request I had to move or hide conduit or wires and cleaned up the site each day. And the system itself works as beautifully as advertised. I have no qualms with highly recommending Photon Brothers to anyone who is considering a solar installation of their own.
Austin and Emeril were the two gentlemen who were responsible for the removal of my solar panels during a roof replacement, and they were exceptional young men to work with. Both of them were hard working and very respectful of me. It was a pleasure to have them around. I also want to commend Joshua Hager for an efficient job of ensuring the panels were replaced and operating correctly. I appreciated the patience and kindness shown me by Grego Bardelman and Mika during the process. I would highly recommend using Photon Brothers.
I would definitely use Photon Brothers again
Photon Bros helped us to solve a communication problem with our system by getting us hooked up to WiFi instead of cell service (due to poor cell coverage in our area). The service technicians did a great job in running the cables and updating our system. Very friendly and excellent quality workmanship. Thank You!
Photon brothers was amazing to work with. They were very responsive and dealt with all issues quickly. They made a minor mistake during the installation process and they quickly paid for all repairs with qualified people instead of hassling me about it. Their warranty is really good as well. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Photon brothers removed and replaced our solar panels so the roof could be reshingled after hail damage. They were courteous, thorough, and good with communication.

If you are looking for a company to help you go green or need some help removing and restoring your existing solar system, there isn’t a better choice out there.
Had these folks put in system a few years back. They were very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Felt compelled to leave good review recently because I needed them to move the electrical conduit in order to get a gutter installed. I worked with Jake who was quick to communicate and schedule the work. I appreciated that immensely. Sometimes it’s quite difficult to track down a previous contractor, but the Photon Brothers made it a welcomed breeze.
We have been very happy from the moment we started talking to Photon Brothers. Panels were installed May 2023. We had a hail storm early June 2023 , it didn’t damage the panels but we did have to replaced the roof. The team came out took care of removal and replacing after the roof was done.
Last week the wind blew the critter guard off, one call and they were here putting it back on.
We’ve been very impressed from the sales rep, installers, project managers and everyone we’ve talked to. We highly recommend.
