Negative Reviews

1. “No customer service after sale. My sister in law bought a house that they had installed solar panels with batteries and a standby generator on. The generator is supposed to kick on automatically when power goes out but doesn’t, you have to manually start it and then turn certain breakers off and certain breakers on and then throw a disconnect switch to a different position. So if it’s storming outside you have to go out in weather and do all this to receive power. She has called the owner several times after the no show on removing panels to come check the system out and go over it with us. She told him she would pay him for his time and he told her for about 2 months he was coming next Friday. Every Friday it was a different excuse. I called him myself and talked to him and asked him to PLEASE come out here and help us and he said he’d be here on June 24th. I have text him repeatedly reminding him about the appointment because I was gonna make it a point to be here to see what needed to be done to this system. He has read every text and never replied.”
