Work was done on time, and it was what was promised.

I’m late posting this review for these guys! Anthony and Mike has been awesome! I’ve been with them since 2022 and couldn’t have asked for a better company to have installed and service my solar panels! They have been available anytime I call or text and I’ve never felt like just an another customer. I get the occasional calls to see how my system is doing and just checking up on me to see how I’m doing. Recently I ran into an issue with my main breaker box due to my bonehead mistake and Anthony had someone come out and fix my issue within the week! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I recently purchased a 15kw Enphase system with Alpha REC panels, and (4) Enphase – 5P batteries through Texas Direct Solar (4,800 sq ft home). The solar industry is filled with shady people selling folks over-sized, cookie cutter systems. The contractors come from out of town, install your system, and you never hear from them again. With Texas Direct, I was able to order the latest in solar technology at a good price and get the exact system that I wanted. My solar project did have several setbacks though. The city permits took forever. We received the wrong IQ gateway, and there was a mix up with the financing. The guys at Texas Direct worked through all my issues, and I have nothing but good things to say about Anthony and Michael. When you have people drilling holes in your roof, you had better make sure you are dealing with a reputable company. Don’t trust your home to just anyone. For a great system and a quality installation, go with Texas Direct Solar!

If you’re on the fence about going solar…. don’t be. Last summer my light bill averaged nearly $500 dollars per month. Our upfront cost was still a bit high because of the batteries, but we now have backup power without the need to purchase a generator. The batteries allow us much more system flexibility, and we don’t have a fifteen-thousand-dollar generator wasting away in our backyard. My system works great. It produces even on partly cloudy days, and most of my panels aren’t facing south. The app to monitor the system is awesome. I use it every day. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and thankful that I chose Texas Direct Solar.

Texas Direct Solar team did a wonderful service, Michael and Jorge were always in contact providing updates and answering questions. TDS team showed on time the day of installation and finished the job without issues. This is my second home with solar panels system, this time the installation and commissioning of the system went smooth and worry free by far!

TDS also did they installation of my EV Level -2 charger, wonderful job!

I do recommend Texas Direct Solar for Solar Panels and EV Charger installations.

Initially I needed a power backup system for my house and crossed paths with TDS. My village had red tape, permits, and physical inspections before authorizing installation.

Not only did Anthony and his team handle this aspect, but Anthony went through every step of designing and configuring a system tailored to my specific needs.

Start to finish and beyond!

My system had connectivity issues, Anthony contacted me before I even knew of the issue and he had a technician out to repair the issue before the coming Texas Cold Snap. Grid power flickered, not my house! Thank you Anthony and Texas Solar Direct!

July 11, 2024 [UPDATE] it has been only a few days since hurricane Beryl tore through Surfside Beach and the grid power is still out. Because of you, Texas Direct Solar, I have electricity from my enphase mini grid supplying much needed power. I have Light, a fan to cool, and a microwave to heat food from my working refrigerator! The texas deep freeze was why i looked into a power backup system because our houses are electric only NO GAS. No gas and no electric means no food and freezing below zero temperatures Thank you Texas Direct Solar!

I contacted Texas direct solar and worked with Anthony for about 3 weeks and he was quite responsive until he suddenly stopped responding. He came home and presented the final bill and I asked for 1 % discount. He even agreed to the discount but stopped communicating. I left 2 voice mail messages and a text message all of which went unanswered. I feel Anthony has been very unprofessional and he did not come out like that in the beginning. I am very disappointed. I would have appreciated at least if Anthony had been direct in his response to let me know what went wrong.

Excellent vendor to deal with. Anthony is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was very happy with the service and expertise for my solar project.

I started the process with Anthony and Mike back in September of 2022 and was able to get solar panels and a working generator installed by March of 2023. Overall the process was very smooth. Anytime I had any questions, Anthony and Mike were there to answer them. I have learned a lot during this process and would definitely recommend Texas Direct Solar to anyone interested in solar panels and/or installing a whole home generator.

Anthony at Texas Direct was on top of it! I had solar installed by another company that went out of business. My initial installment never went thru my HOA for prior approval. Any other solar company I called for assistance wouldn’t touch my solar. Anthony literally solved my issue with my HOA in a quick 5 min phone call and one email. Great experience!
