Customer Reviews
This was probably one of the worst experiance I have ever gone through. The panels were put up asap but to get them up and going was 9 months and a year later we are still waiting for them to fix the broken tiles on our roof. Just 2 weeks ago i was contacted about the roof and was told they are in the works of getting that fixed. we were told that we needed things that are not being used and we have broken panels that need to be fixed and can not get anyone to help us we are just told I’ll get right on it. i feel that the employees that came to the home were great but the internal staff that organizes and sets appointment for stuff to get done just do not care and do not do their job. i would not recommend this company for this reason.
Unimpressed by their door to door solicitation. Ignored two signs against it and pretended to be from the state until I asked what company they really worked for. Boooo. Would never use.
Everyone I’ve interacted with had been very professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had. I honestly couldn’t be happier.
I will never recommend this company, do NOT use this company. Read the negative reviews and pay close attention to the owner not responding to the negative reviews and only responding to the positive reviews. Our solar was installed 12/20/2023. It’s not hooked up, failed inspection March 2024. 4 appointments have been scheduled with no calls/no shows to correct the issues. Credits were suggested but never applied, so we are now paying for Solar that isn’t hooked up AND an electricity bill. Emails are being returned blank with just a signature line. Infinity Solar blames the electric company, the county inspector says Infinity Solar needs to fix their failed items, and we have 2 bills with 0 accountability. BBB filing will be my next step.
Infinity Solar did a great job of assessing my residence for the most efficient solar panel installation. Tyler (salesperson) provided us the initial data to help setup the optimal number of panels in the best orientation, taking into consideration our monthly electricity use. The price was reasonable, and included several state/federal rebates. Andrea, the prduct manager, helped answer all our questions during the process. The installers were very professional and were able to complete the panel installations on our roof easily.
Just over $2,000 in payments and interest so far and 0 watts power from the panels. Was promised several times about getting reimbursement for Infinity busting their deadline, but no response from them, 0, nada.
I would first like to say that I started this process June-July 2023. The salesman was awesome, and I was looking forward to this journey. I requested a large solar system with full battery backup, E1-E3 surge pulse protection, and a 220V receptacle.
Almost 10 months in and not complete. We recently failed our inspection, so there is still no solar power, and our point of contact doesn’t respond anymore.
During this process, we would randomly get people showing up and ask us what was going on. Appointments would be scheduled, and half of the time nobody would show, if they did, it was unannounced (kind of important knowing when you would lose power for a good chunk of the day).
When the electrician showed up, he asked which “one” circuit we wanted the battery backup to power. I told him we originally requested full battery backup for the home. He said we get one circuit only, and when I asked why, he stated, “Cause that’s the way it works.” I was confused as this wasn’t what I requested, and the project agreement form they gave me for the equipment was vague. I am not sure why they didn’t build it to spec as I asked, why wouldn’t you want more money, I would have been more than happy to pay more for a complete job as I asked. There is also no E1-E3 surge protection that I asked for to protect my investment. There are some 3rd party add ons that the electrician could have easily installed as I requested. Will have to find another company to finish the project as I asked for in the beginning, but this will just complicate things with two different battery brands, comoonents, warranties, etc..
The positive thing is I can charge my EV with the 220V receptacle that was installed. Unfortunately, I am paying for the solar bill (no solar power) and the electrical bill now. I did have a few great guys work on the project, so it’s not all bad. I could add a lot more to this, but I will leave it at that. Our POC for this installation wasn’t local. They were from Vancouver, WA.

Update 23 APR 2024
Still no response from Infinity Solar or contact via phone, email, or someone stopping by to do work.
Changed the review to 1 star due to the fact that nobody responds.
Interesting going through the reviews. I was pretty happy with Infinity Solar of Vancouver, Washington. Going into our Solar Project I was skeptical as I have heard poor opinions about Solar Companies. But Infinity Solar was great. Our sales person, Tyler Ellis was our first contact. He was very good. No shady stuff at all, just honest and straight forward. We signed with him. Now let me say that at that point there is a delay in the process. To be done right there has to be. CAD is developed, their electricians and panel installers have to look over the plans to see that it can be done right. Then parts have be ordered, and finally install dates have to be set around other customers. We also had a roof put on by them so that had to be setup. Permits have to be gotten and keep in mind that some governments don’t prioritize that or their required inspections very highly and Infinity has to keep after them. When the installs started, the process was very smooth and very fast. Big thanks to Andrea Saldana who coordinated everything and kept us up to date on everything. The roofers (Infinity’s own roofers) were great. The solar installers were great. The electrician was great. Everything went well. Just expect a little delay at the start as things get planned out. It is normal for any construction project. The install is great, looks good, works well and everyone at Infinity has been really helpful and very knowledgeable at what they do.
I can’t say enough about these guys
I had a complete tear off with repairs and 32 panels installed
So helpful with information and everything
Literally from the owner on down
the sales team
the roofing team
The electrical team
everyone,
even the laborers were amazing
Great guys. All of them
And on top of that my monthly electric bill only is $10 a month all year round
I think I received a check from the electric company for an overpayment of 1100 because I was on auto pay and didn’t stop it when I had the panels installed
My mistake but it was a nice surprise
I will be using them again on my next house
Thank you Infinity Solar
You guys are awesome
Really pushy company that’s filled with jerks and the way they have there prices are terrible right now for what’s available right now in the Solar market
I like the Panels. I like the work that was done installing everything on my house, very clean and professional. The only thing I would have liked a bit more of, is the rebate process. I feel like I am on my own on that part. I didn’t get clear directions on procedure, when it comes to tax and rebates.
We have a sign right next to the doorbell that says “Absolutely no soliciting.” They rang the doorbell anyway. My wife answered and told them we were not interested. They kept at it and said “We’re not trying to sell you anything.” Really? His end goal wasn’t to get us to make an appointment for them to sell us solar. So, lie #1. Next he said “With our system you could completely eliminate your power bills.” He has no idea what our power bill and sun exposure are so, lie #2. Nobody should be doing business with a company that disrespects homeowner’s wishes and lies to them.
Great and friendly service. Was kept in the loop about everything so it made it easy to transition to solar power
Prompt, kept me informed at all stages of installation and commissioning. Installed in a day, overall process got done in 5 weeks.
I am fully satisfied with Infinity Solar USA. The workers who installed the solar panels on my roof did an excellent job, and the panels function as designed. I’m saving money on my electrical bill, and–most importantly–I am doing what I can to be part of the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy.
Lots of miss communication. Slow to fix problems. Took 6 months to get up and running and still waiting to see why I still have an electric bill
Infinity Solar installed a system at my home. The contract was signed in February and I was up and running in April. This included the time for the city’s and electric company’s permits and testing. My current electric bill has dropped to $15 a month. I also purchased an electric fireplace. My gas furnace does not come on when the fireplace is running. I can keep the living area in my home warm in the winter, and cool in the summer with the A/C power coming from the solar panels.
This was a positive experience working with Infinity Solar.
I had been checking different companies because we wanted to get solar energy. A very nice lady, I think her name was Marygrace came to my door, and asked if We had ever considered solar panels. I said I had but it had never panned out as advertised. She said we are different and only deal in the northwest and work directly with PGE who is our company. We made an appointment and the roof was tested to make sure we had enough area to make it viable for us. Nick Schultz came out with the plans for our roof and explained in detail how everything worked together with Portland General Electric. He was very thorough and we understood everything. I does take a little time to get everything aligned with PGE and they came out and installed our panels. Some of the panels were not centered correctly on our roof and we called them and they came back right away and aligned them for us. They were not installed wrong, they did just not look right. They made it right for us.
There are several inspections which all passed with the Energy Trust of Oregon who was giving rebates for converting to solar energy. All inspections passed and we were up and running.
We got a little late start with all the checks and inspections and basically started in June 2023. We were producing a lot of excess energy during the summer months of which the excess was banked as a credit for later use. I think the next full year will produce enough energy to offset almost all the extra we use. We also got a free ecobee thermostat from PGE which they can control but you can over-ride to actually save more money by letting them control it during peak usage hours. We haved saved money there also.
All in all we have been very happy with our panels and the Infinity Solar company. Pictures are before and after alignmet fixed. They centered panels and got rid of the gap in first picture.
Tim and Mariann.
They were quick, professional, and answered all questions I had about the process and consulted/listened to my input. They also left the work area clean.

The company also uses equipment from well-known brands like APsystems, Grace Solar, Sense Solar, and Silfab. This helps customers feel good about investing in quality products.
