1. “The original install went well, then I had a problem with faulty inverter, the installer was hard to get a hold of they eventually turned up unannounced and removed the inverter, try to get hold of them for nearly 3 weeks then they came back and installed a new inverter which is not working correctly stating I am off grid again the installer has not responded then unannounced turn up yesterday have had a look at the system and have went away still not working no communication from installer to inform me what is going on!”
2. “My supplier The Solar Battery Group IN UK did not follow the consumer act to replace the faulty inverter so I had no other option and get in touch with Growatt directly and they sent a replacement. I then received full support from their UK agents that responded promptly to my requests for support. The Solar Battery Group did not only let me but also the manufacturer Growatt.”
3. “Never buy anything from a door knocker, a telemarketer, or anyone selling inside another retail store. If you want solar then look up companies yourself and call the legit ones. Most out there are fake solar companies who really are just scammy finance companies that will sell you the lowest grade panels for the highest price with a bad 30 year loan to where they make all their money back in the first few years.”
