They did, but ever since then we have not been producing solar. The real issue is, I have not been able to get ahold of anybody at the office. I have left several voicemails. I did receive only one call back saying they would come out on a Saturday to look into the issue. I called back, of course got voicemail. I waited all day Saturday for somebody to show up and NOTHING. We are out $2,400 just for the solar and now loosing money every hour due to our home not producing solar.”

The installation method is a defect (immanent safety hazard) and they omitted that they no longer installing the brackets this way because they leaks. They should have installed rubber boots over the holes to protect from debris damming in the holes. This installation was suppose to last 20 years.”
