I am disappointed, not to say surprised, by my relationship with Semper Solaris so far. For weeks I have been trying to get a technician on the line to schedule a site visit to advise on the best way to replace the inverter in my solar system. The person on the phone has told me twice that she has forwarded my call to the technical service section and then everything goes dead, no call-back, nothing. I want to buy a new inverter from this company and have it installed by this company but I need a site visit to confirm an earlier estimate based on photos I sent.
