Very Professional, if you need to find a trusted source
When I had solar in California it wasn’t the best experience because of the company we went with. I recently went solar here in Colorado Springs and it was such a smooth with Will from Pure. He helped me understand my savings and kept me updated with every part of the process and it’s been great!
Great company they explained solar in a simple way got me to save money. solar makes sense
Before I begin, I’d like to say that I’m looking for solar and am 100% not thinking about using pure energy due to my experience with a sales rep. I don’t remember his name, but he came to my house in woodmen hills on 7/10.
The first words out of his mouth were “are your parents home” and when I told him I owned the house he proceeded to say “you look way too young to own a house”. He continued to speak down to me and make assumptions about me. For the sake of Pure Energy, I would highly recommend better training or looking for a replacement because I gauruntee this sales rep is losing the company money and sales.

I’ve been with Pure for two years now. Management is prompt and professional. Project managers care and communicate well. Installation and maintenance are in house and fast. This is the place to go for all your solar needs.
I am not a customer but have the experience of 2 Salesmen disregarding my NO Trespassing signs. 1st happened approximately 2 weeks ago the 2nd happen 6/11 in Canon City, Co. I told the Man you are trespassing kindly get off my property, his response was I’m not selling anything then became argumentative. I have cameras posted and numerous signs NOT 1 NOT 2 but 5 signs YOU purposely ignored. Didn’t seem to bother these 2. Based your disregard for Law and privacy I would not recommend this company.Impression Starts with the first encounter. I have had 2 bad ones. I Will kindly post the pictures of the 2. Typically solar is a scam now it’s criminal as well? BTW, your response to my post, a sales pitch for breaking the law? Solar is a scam I have checked into many times. NEVER ENTER MY PROPERTY AGAIN.

Have solar for over a year now which was installed by Pure Energy. Was told this would replace my water/electric bill. It does not! You will have a solar bill in addition to your bill which is less. Both bills
combined are more than your regular bill without Solar. Look for a different company, due to friends of mine using somone else and they have more panels, same rate but a lower payments. Tax credit is not as much as they promise either. In addition they don’t tell youthat the panels attract piegons. I asked them regarding that last year and somone was supposed to come out and see about resolving it. No one did reach out or come back out, but since they already got paid they probably don’t care. I hear the piegons literally all night long, and squirrels getting under there in the morning. I do not advice to use this company.
