While I am not a current Solstice customer, they may have just gained a new one from here on out. I had some questions and needed some guidance with our current system. I reached out to Ahmmad and he very generously answered my questions and even offered to go the extra mile by making an additional call to get more information. Customer service matters. THANK YOU!

So, I gave them a call to get a quote. Ended up talking with the VP. They looked at overhead maps and spent a good three hours with designers.

Turns out, there’s too much tree cover to justify getting panels. And rather than go through with it, they told me that they wouldn’t recommend it. Nice to see honesty instead of greed. 5/5, even if I didn’t get their product.

I called Solstice to help sort out problems with my system that a different company had initially installed. They came out immediately and trouble shooted the issue and fixed it. Their technician is a electrical engineer who likes field work. He was very professional and sincerely likes his work which makes all the difference. I cant say enough good things about them, highly recomend them.

My solar panels that I got through adt solar stopped working and since they dont do that any more I had to find someone that could do that these folks were just amazing with their proper guidance and great customer service they resolved my issue. I highly recommend them for any solar issues or installation. Thanks to ahmad , Ashley in customer service and Andrew who did the installation.

I am very pleased with the work and great response done by Ahmmad and his crew. I was hit by the hail storm on March 15. and when I got ahold of Ahmmad he quickly responded and had me on schedule to remove, replace damaged solar panel, and reinstall once roof was repair. He was very helpful the entire time even after the rewire when one of the panels acted up, he quickly had someone at my home the next day to get me going. I will highly recommend using this guys at Solstice Solar for any work on panels.

I got my solar system installed by Sunny and his team at Solstice Solar. I couldn’t be happier with the system. The install was super fast and the system is already turned on. It doesn’t get any better than this place for solar. Sunny was amazing and was there for us every step of the way. He explained everything perfectly in a way that anyone can follow and we picked the best option for us.

The contractors for the roof repair and for the solar panel installation were prompt, on time, professional, and finished in hardly no time.

I had this company come out for the first time today, I cannot tell you how pleased I was. They were professional, courteous, and fix the problem. The first go around. I wish I had known about them from the very beginning. Their technician Wilton will be the one I request in the future and I will not use any other company but them.

Solstice Solar did an amazing job for our install. The install team was very friendly and knowledgable. The team was very efficient and finished the project in only one and a half day. We had permission to operate from utility company only in three days. Project Manager, Ashley, was very helpful and communicated clearly all from start to finish. I would recommend Solstice for anyone who is looking to go Solar.

I installed the solar system for my house for one year by now. I like the system so far. It works as expected. The entire process was very easy with the help of Clayon and his team. He provided a proposal based on my needs, follow up with supported engineering documentation, applied for HOA approval, utility permit and all other necessary requirements. Once we received all the required approval, he scheduled a date for his technicians to install the system. Everything progressed very well. He followed up a few times with me after installation to make sure everything is working well. I’m very satisfied with him and his team’s service. Ahhmad, Ashley and the rest of the team were great! They explained our options clearly, the price was competitive, the installation crew was very professional and did a thorough tidy-up afterward. The whole process from signing the contract to PTO and producing electricity took only 2-1/2 weeks – is this a record?

Ahmad is knowledgeable, patient, transparent and very helpful. I ended up shelving the project for now but will return back when I m back thinking about going solar. 5 stars for pre sales service .

Ashley was such a great help. She helped with all our questions and concerns that we had. Great company if you are looking for someone to walk you through every question you might have.
