Review: “A+++ Customer Service! I initially reached out to AM Sun because they are the most well-established locally owned solar company in a sea of corporate subsidiaries. But AM Sun really distinguished itself with customer service starting with my very first contact with Elizabeth, who drove out to my house the day I submitted a questionnaire and worked hard to help us achieve both our power, financial, and aesthetic goals by researching available products and designing a truly custom system. The process was straightforward and on time, and the work crew who installed the system was respectful and efficient, producing high-quality work. But the real demonstration came when gremlins in my electrical wiring—a merging of old house and remodel, of old and new building code requirements—were having a difficult time with the new load of solar power feeding back onto the grid, constantly tripping my fuses midday. For over a year, AM Sun visited my house—particularly Keith, Brandon, and Cory—and, working with the electrician who did my remodel, troubleshooted every possible scenario until a solution was achieved. To say it was above and beyond is not enough to reflect the scope of extra time invested in making sure the job was truly complete. I have total confidence that they stand behind the quality of their work because I’ve experienced it.”
