We’re fortunate enough to be able to put in a ground-mounted system. The 28 panels are angled perfectly to soak up the sun all day long and helped bring down the number panels needed. Their software was able to calculate exactly how much the panel would produce and the optimal angle to put them at. The city rejected on the first inspection but Affordable was quick to get everything in order the second time around so that didn’t sow us down too bad. Overall excellent solar experience.

Terrible company. I pay way more for solar energy than I would just regular electricity. My roof is ruined, and will cost 2k more to replace but when that time comes I’m just getting going to throw the panels to the garbage and solar roof and air will not do the new roof because they are completely unwilling to work with me. Do not go solar. All the little fears you may have about solar are true! Do not listen to the sales people they will lie to you!

ASRA replaced my roof, A/C and air handler, plus added solar panels. I financed the entire project at a rate lower than my previous average monthly electric bill. Our monthly electric bill is $24. The new HVAC components more than halved our energy usage compared to a year ago.

In terms of professionalism, respect of property and promptness of service (once all permits and materials were secured) I give ASRA high marks. As one of the many Floridians abandoned by our insurance companies mid-claim, I found myself in need of multiple repairs with no coverage. ASRA provided me with the most immediately affordable option to take care of all my needs with one bill, while reducing our reliance on non renewable energy sources.

Angel Fleites was key in understanding our needs and minimizing costs. I obtained much higher quotes from other companies that were more interested in fulfilling my fantasy of total self reliance than the feasibility of the project.

Angel asked the right questions to determine the best solution for our unique needs. When I had questions for her, she gave an earnest answer based on personal knowledge. If she didn’t have an answer, she pulled up a reputable online resource or contacted a member of her team, in my presence, to get the needed information. Angel also provided a comprehensive explanation of the energy tax credits currently available to homeowners, and the additional liability insurance required for systems over a certain production level.

Angel personally assessed our existing equipment and showed me a number of options to maximize energy produced and minimize energy use. I felt no pressure when I needed to stall the project while sorting through an insurance fiasco. After the fact, ASRA was swift to provide required documents to ensure Citizens did not drop our homeowners insurance.

All installers were professional and polite. Any issues I had were quickly resolved by a phone call or text.

They made it super affordable! Their pricing was much more competitive for my 16 panels than other companies could offer. Hussam stood out from other companies reps because he never pestered us when we were looking around at options. Once we signed he was always responsive and involved in our process.

About 10 years ago we got a solar system but it’s become outdated or not up to what we needed. We needed only 21 panels this time around and it’s amazing how much the technology has improved over the years. I love being able to check all the panels over my computer, as long as my bill goes away and I’m saving big bucks we’re golden. Their installers amazed me with their efficiency especially in the summer heat.

Pleased with their installers always being punctual, their technician came out the same day I got my permission from the power company to make sure everything was working properly. My son is a gamer and draws lots of electricity, he’ll be thrilled that we don’t have to yell at him about his power drawl anymore! Additionally, it’s a sweet bonus that they’re a roofing company in case I need to replace anything a few years from now.

Excellent customer service, anybody I talked to in the office is extremely helpful, also the technicians that came out took their time to make sure I understood everything to look for on the Enphase app. The bills were getting higher every dang month I’m very happy to finally have a consistent bill
