ECG Solar was exceptional to work with from design to completion. Had a storm do damage to the roof about a year after they completed it and they came out removed the panels and reinstalled. Both crews were amazing and cared about making everything look and work perfect. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We have had our solar system for 5 years and it has worked great! We haven’t had any issues with the system and ECG has done a great job of checking in on a regular basis.
Recently told me that i had some micro producers not working and that i needed to get them replaced. Good to know they are still monitoring after all these years
ECG helped set straight a botched install from another company. The process took a while for various reasons outside their control, but throughout they had great communication and a focus on the customer. I’ve been happy with their product, work, and continued service of my Enphase System.
I have had my solar panels on my home now for about 4 years and everything works great. The few issues I had early on Jason and his team at ECG handled very quickly. The system saves me significant money every month on electricity and I am very pleased.
ECG was great to work with! The installation went quickly, and they knew how to navigate the Alliant paperwork. Highly recommend!

The workers were very good and they worked on the hottest day of the year. Very impressed with the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very pleased with the service
I ordered my panels through a 3rd party. When talking with Jason directly, he indicated he could offer me better panels at the same price if I went directly thru ECG. I asked about adding one more service too, and he thought that would raise the estimate about 5000. When the estimate came back it was almost $10,000 more than the third party and was for the cheaper solar panels again. When I tried to ask for clarification or to skip the extra work and just get an estimate for the nicer panels I was ghosted. I ended up ordering through the 3rd party because I was running out of time and rebates were significantly less the next year. They still managed to stall and install my panels in January so I got the lower rebates. I wish I had gone elsewhere, Jason cost me thousands of dollars. Panels work fine, they cover 70-80% of my electric bills annually. Glad I have them, did not have a great experience with this company. This is the third time he has emailed me requesting a review – so here it is.
Excellent experience working with Jason and ECG solar on two sizable solar projects, one was a complex fully off-grid solution. I have been very pleased with the robust and well designed systems and the quality installation. All top tier quality components used (Enphase, Panasonic), I expect many trouble free years backed by quality manufacturers and great service and support from ECG. Would recommend and use again for future projects.

ECG Solar was able to quickly diagnose and service a faulty part on my PV system installed by another company. I put this task off for weeks because I was worried about high costs and a hard time finding the right components, but ECG Solar did it all, for a very reasonable price. Now that my original system installer is out of the picture, I’m happy to have ECG on hand for any future issues I may have.
ECG Solar installed 28 400-watt panels providing a 11.2 Kilowatt system. The “daylight backup” function was included which allows the solar system to power 8 critical load circuits which we selected for when the grid is down and the sun is shining. This level of installation also makes the system ready for the addition of batteries or a generator to extend the grid backup function to non-daylight hours.
We made the arrangement with ECG in late 2022 for installation in 2023. As winter drew to a close, ECG contacted us and set up a date in May for installation. Installation started exactly on the date selected several months earlier. The installation took several days and went well with different people specializing in the panel installation, the interconnection of the panels to the control equipment, and installing and wiring the control equipment. See attached pictures of the panels, the control equipment, and the outside safety breakers.
The system has been operating since June 6 and has saved around $850 so far for the June through October billings.
Everything was done on time and very prompt. Everything they told me they did, I was very happy !
